Go Behind the Scenes of Emergency Management in Wisconsin
What does it take to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies across Wisconsin?
Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM), in partnership with the Wisconsin Public-Private Partnership Alliance (WP3A), hosts a monthly webinar series highlighting the people, organizations, resources, and capabilities that support Wisconsin before, during, and after disasters.
Each session offers a quick introduction to a different part of Wisconsin’s emergency management system—from specialized response teams and state resources to public-private partnerships and recovery capabilities.
This Month’s Spotlight: Wisconsin Task Force 1 & the REACT Center
Join Matt Davies and Dorothy Bristor for an inside look at:
- Wisconsin Task Force 1 (WI-TF1) and its urban search and rescue capabilities
- The Regional Emergency All-Climate Training (REACT) Center
- How these specialized resources support emergency response and preparedness across Wisconsin
The series is open to emergency management partners, public safety agencies, nonprofit and community organizations, private-sector partners, and anyone interested in learning more about Wisconsin’s emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
