Flood Recovery: Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRG) Acting Steering Committee Call

The Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRG) Acting Steering Committee provides leadership, coordination, and strategic guidance for ongoing flood recovery efforts across Southeast Wisconsin.
These calls focus on:
High-level recovery coordination and alignment across partners
Identifying emerging issues, gaps, and decision points
Supporting and guiding the work of LTR subcommittees
Maintaining shared situational awareness as recovery needs evolve
Helping position the LTRG for longer-term governance, funding, and sustainability
Participation is intended for partners serving in leadership, advisory, or coordination roles within the long-term recovery structure. Meetings are working sessions and may include brief updates, discussion items, and action-oriented next steps.
