Extreme Weather Task Force (EWTF) Winter Meeting

You’re invited to attend Milwaukee’s Extreme Weather Task Force (EWTF) winter coordination meeting on Thursday, November 16. New this year, we’re coordinating our meeting to follow the National Weather Service (NWS) Winter Partner Services meeting to facilitate information flow and leave more room for EWTF discussion. Here are the details:

Extreme Weather Task Force (EWTF) Winter Meeting

• LOCATION: Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Southeast Headquarters, located at: 1027 W. St. Paul Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53233 (Michigan Room 105)
• FORMAT: In-person with a virtual option (see below)
• NOV. 16 SCHEDULE:

• • 11AM-NOON: NWS Milwaukee Winter Partner Services Webinar

We will stream this call in-person from the DNR meeting room for EWTF members who can join. Note: to join virtually on your own, you must register separately through NWS here.

• • NOON-1:30PM: Extreme Weather Task Force (EWTF) Winter Meeting

Join with other Task Force members to share information and discuss coordination for extreme cold events this winter. This meeting will be in-person at the DNR, but if you can’t join in-person a Teams link will be shared after registration.
