SEWI COAD strives to ensure all residents impacted by disasters can be active and empowered in their recovery. Through its values of cooperation, coordination, communication, and collaboration, COAD encourages its members to work together to share information, coordinate resources, and streamline services, with minimal duplication of efforts.
